Another well attended Friday session, the boxers are putting the work in and gaining from it. To be successful in boxing you cannot pick and choose as a boxer what you want to do, you need to cover all bases and eventualities. Dodge anything and it’s a chink in your armour which will be found out under the lights. WE are covering all bases here, Covid-19 rulings mean no gym work, so we have adapted the sessions outdoors with great success.
